(ANSAmed) - RABAT, SEPTEMBER 11 - Three people are missing and 70 have been injured in the floods that have hit many Moroccan regions. In Imilchil, in the south of the country, torrential rains have caused the Ayt Yahya river to overflow. In the Errachidia province the force of the water has overturned two lorries. Seventy people were injured in the accident, some of them seriously. In Zagoura, in the south-eastern part of the country, a 14-year-old boy and a 23-year-old man drowned in a pool filled with rainwater. In Ouarzazate the heavy rain has destroyed tens of clay houses. According to the Moroccan meteorological institute the rains and storms will continue until this Sunday in the mountains on the Atlantic coast and in the southern part of the country. (ANSAmed).
