ich habe bei Air Arabia in Basel die Auskunft erhalten, dass ich 1 Handgepäck und 1 Handtasche oder Laptoptasche mitnehmen darf. Die Info hab ich auch so auf der Website gefunden:

•Free hand baggage allowance is the amount of cabin baggage you are permitted to carry onboard the aircraft.
•The standard-sized bag is no more than 55cm x 40cm x 20cm (22ins x 16ins x 8ins), including the handle, pockets and wheels.
•You are entitled to only one standard-sized bag and one laptop-sized bag, handbag or briefcase.
